During my stay at Five Hotel & Residences, I appreciated the clean and spacious Deluxe Balcony Double Room. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing break after meetings, and the fitness center was excellent, even better than some dedicated gyms I've visited. Additionally, I found the nearby mall convenient, featuring several nice restaurants for dining. The business center proved useful for my work needs.

the location was decent, but did I mention the shower needed a full 5 minutes to warm up? I also struggled with the parking situation, rushing just to get my car inside! a complimentary drink or even a slight upgrade would’ve made me feel a smidge better, but no such luck. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The breakfast served at the hotel was the highlight of my stay. The wide variety offered a tasty start to the day, before I hit the streets.

I experienced some issues with the kitchen facilities in my room. it didn't even have water or napkins as advertised on the minibar list, which forced me to venture out for supplies. Additionally, the shower pressure was weak, making for an unsatisfactory experience, while the bathroom door had a tendency to stick. Finally, the noise from the neighborhood during the night could be bothersome for those sensitive to sounds, especially on weekends.

Nice view and big, comfy bed. Luggage storage was a hassle. Free wifi helped.

The hotel’s location was excellent! Just a short walk from restaurants and sights, making it super convenient. I felt completely safe exploring day or night!

Noise was a persistent issue! The music from the rooftop bar was way too loud, which made it difficult to enjoy some quiet time.

Nice hotel in a chill area. Super close to restaurants and sights, which was awesome. The poolside snack bar was a lifesaver after a long day. Only thing is, the wifi was a bit slow at times, kinda frustrating when you need to check stuff.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from restaurants and shops. The room had a huge, comfortable bed and the staff was very accommodating. I was particularly pleased with the amenities, including the outdoor pool and fitness center. Plus, the complimentary Internet access was a nice touch!

Noisy rooftop bar.

I had a lovely stay thanks to the amazing rooftop bar and the comfy loft room, but I was disappointed with the noisy outdoor gym that disrupted my peace.

the location was super central, making it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the bed in my room was huge and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. overall, five hotel & residences exceeded my expectations during my time in asuncion.

I really enjoyed my spacious deluxe studio with a practical small kitchen! The sun lit up the room beautifully in the mornings, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The city view from my window was delightful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Shower pressure was surprisingly weak, which took away from my overall experience.

Enjoyed the stylish lobby and modern decor. The friendly staff put in effort to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Free wi-fi was a great bonus during my stay!

The deluxe studio was spacious with a small kitchen—super handy! Loved the sunny mornings and the peaceful nights. The location is prime, just a short walk to fabulous dining options and shopping.

However, the shower pressure could use an upgrade for a better experience.
